 Roles and Responsibilities:<br />
•         Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.<br />
•         Knowledge on Internet  Troubleshooting<br />
•         Need to Handle B2B US & CANADA Technical Support Calls.<br />
•         Providing Technical Service's over the call.<br />
Skills Required:<br />
•         Candidate must have excellent communication skills<br />
•         Should have basic knowledge of computer.<br />
•         Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.<br />
•         Able to perform well for the growth of organization<br />
Necessary Information:<br />
•         Experience of Candidates( Months/Years): 6 Months – 2 year<br />
•         How old is the setup/ New Setup: 6 Year +<br />
•         Shift: 24X 7<br />
•         Salary Bracket: Depends on Previous CTC<br />
•         Working Days : 5 Days<br />
•         Cab/ Meals Available: YES (Night Shift Only)<br />
