Location – Gurgaon
Shift – 24*7
Cab – Both side
Ability to manage and work on CRM screens
Fluency in English language
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
Annual CTC of 3.5 Lacs to 5 Lacs Per Annum

What will you do?

You will provide B2B customer support to small and medium sized businesses on their business marketing automation software. You will be mainly responsible for managing inbound queries for our business customers around their account relating to billing, payments, and product queries and so on.

Support business customers regarding their account, post-using the portal
Maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction by providing informed and customer centric solutions
Answer inbound telephone calls, emails (if required) to resolve queries promptly and efficiently.
Assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries.
Positively manages internal relationships.
Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities
Develop strong overview and drives Process, Tool and business flow improvements

Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.
